From core components to complete machine, integrated manufacturing
Mass Production Strength
Zhishen Technology has established its own factory in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Relying on a full-chain R&D and manufacturing system, from joints to complete machines, it achieves independent R&D and production. As of December 2025, Zhishen Technology completed the mass production delivery of its 5,000th exoskeleton robot.
Smart Factory
Zhishen Technology relies on a nearly 5,000㎡ Robot Complete Machine “Intelligent Manufacturing Center” and an over 7,500㎡ Joint Module “Smart Manufacturing Factory”, building a large-scale manufacturing system that covers core component management, module assembly, complete machine integration, performance testing, quality inspection, aging verification, and factory delivery.

The factory adopts automated high-end equipment to build a full-chain quality assurance system, and has passed multiple certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, complying with the design standards for industries including service, electric power, fire protection, police, and special purposes.
