Terms of Use

Please read this statement carefully before using this product. Once you use this product, you will be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept all of the following terms.


1. Product Nature and User Group

This product is an industry-grade intelligent quadruped robot, not a children's toy, and is not suitable for use by minors under the age of 18. Please keep children away from this product; when operating in scenes where children are present, be sure to exercise extra caution.


2. Correct Operation and Safe Use

Please strictly follow the product operation manual for use. Improper operation may lead to product damage or personal injury. Users shall bear all responsibility for their own actions and the consequences arising therefrom.

The following situations may lead to product damage or malfunction, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the user:

  1. Damage caused by human factors such as collision, fall, or burning;

  2. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or non-standard repair;

  3. Immersion in liquid, entry of foreign objects, or contact with chemical substances;

  4. Use exceeding the safe load limit;

  5. Use in non-conventional environments such as high temperature, extreme cold, or chemical corrosion;

  6. Use in complex environments such as sharp terrain, significant undulations, or slippery surfaces;

  7. Long-term storage without use (e.g., not powered on for six consecutive months or more).


3. Prohibited Uses

This product is limited to conventional industry application scenarios and is strictly prohibited for the following uses:

  1. Supporting terrorism, nuclear facilities, biochemical weapons, or other military uses that harm national security and interests;

  2. Designing, developing, producing, or using large-scale lethal weapons and their delivery tools;

  3. Any other uses not intended by the product design.


4. Scope of Liability

Zhishen Technology shall not bear any responsibility for losses or damages caused by the following situations:

  1. User's own fault or improper operation;

  2. Force majeure or extremely harsh environments;

  3. User reselling the product or using it for unintended purposes;

  4. Normal natural wear and tear of components and battery aging;

  5. Any indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption losses, etc.
