3.1. When you contact our company for after-sales service, please describe the product issue in detail and accurately. Our company will first attempt to diagnose the issue via phone, email, remote assistance, etc., and make every effort to resolve your problem.

3.2. If the above methods cannot resolve your issue, you may send the product to the other party for further inspection, and our company will then make corresponding arrangements or decisions based on the results. If the inspection determines that the product does not qualify for free warranty service, you may choose paid after-sales service (at which point our company will confirm the relevant service items and charges with you) or have the original product returned.

3.2.1. When sending the product to our company, you must bear the shipping costs in advance.

3.2.2. After receiving the returned product, our company will conduct a fault inspection to determine liability for the issue. If the inspection confirms that the issue is due to a product quality defect and is within the warranty period, the relevant repair costs and return shipping fees will be borne by our company.

3.2.3. If the product is found not to meet the conditions for free repair after inspection, you may choose paid repair or have the defective product returned. Our company will confirm the repair plan with you; if you accept it, you must pay all fees according to the confirmed repair plan. If you cannot accept it, the device will be returned to you, and the relevant inspection fees, labor costs, shipping fees, etc., incurred shall be borne by you. Sending the product back to us shall be deemed as your acceptance of this clause.

3.2.4. If the product (including the main unit, charger, remote control, etc.) has been exposed to water, this will seriously affect product performance and render it not repairable. Therefore, our company cannot provide repair services but may, depending on the situation, offer a paid product replacement service. Please be aware of this and decide whether to send the product back accordingly. If you insist on repair, our company will do its best to handle it but does not guarantee complete restoration.
